Job Description:

  • Provides team leadership and is highly experienced performing the electrician activities in a machine tool manufacturing environment.
  • Wire machinery from drawings and bill of material
  • Wire panels
  • Install communication blocks
  • Wire Ethernet
  • Wire auxiliary power
  • Wire robots
  • Wire safety circuits
  • Wire 480V
  • Install temporary power
  • Bend and install conduit
  • Prepare tool with I/O block, Device Net and duct work
  • Verify tags, tag units and cords
  • Run cords and dress tool per customer requirements
  • Ability to drill, tap and ream holes
  • Use of hand saw, drill press and grinders

  • Small Ball Peen or Brass hammer
  • Center Punch
  • Tape Measure (Metric and Standard)
  • Combination Square
  • Allen Wrenches (Metric and Standard)
  • Socket Wrench Set (Metric & Standard)
  • Combination Wrench Set (1/4¿ to 3/4¿) & (7mm to 16mm)
  • Crescent Wrench (6¿ & 10¿)
  • Torpedo Level with Magnet base
  • Files (small and med)
  • Tap Handle
  • Air Nozzle
  • Air Drill
  • Air Die grinder
  • Air 90 Deg. Polish
